Cancellation Policy


Thank you for valuing and respecting our time as we do your’s. It is our honor to provide you with the best care and service. Our policies are put into place to allow us to care for you and ensures the highest quality of service. 
-We accept cancellations by text/phone call only-

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via email and/or text.
If, for some reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so with at least 48 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment.

By scheduling an appointment with House of Cinders Lash + Beauty, you are agreeing to these terms and authorizing a charge of 100% of your appointment if you do not show up to the appointment. (it is considered a NO SHOW 15 minutes after your appointment time has begun).

The amount of the invoice must be paid in full in order to schedule another appointment.

If the credit card is declined or an invoice is unpaid, future appointments will be forfeit and will potentially be reported to an accredited collection agency.

*Cancellation Policy is upheld for all lash extension, lash lift, and brow lamination appointments
